"Whilst with the MoD it became necessary to empty 15 interconnected fuel oil tanks containing oil which had become contaminated with sediment and moisture. Time was of essence and there were several options.
1 - Pay a contractor to remove it, which was the normal solution.
2 - Get a company to filter it with expensive paper elements (which had to be landfilled), reclaim and relocate it.
3 - My preferred option, centrifuge it (with only nominal waste) and relocate it.
Working closely with Expresslube, we were able to save £100,000 worth of oil quickly and efficiently without delaying a major project. The centrifuged oil was clear and sparkling. I can thoroughly recommend Expresslube."
